Butter Chicken Curry

I went on a 8 mile walk today and I wanted to do a quick and easy dinner. Luckily I had a jar of #sharwoods! Everything took 15 minutes in total.


Serves 3

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 10 minutes

Total time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breast

  • 1 jar of Sharwoods butter chicken

  • 1 onion

  • 1 tsp garlic paste

  • 1 cup of rice, 2 1/2 cups of water

  • 1 tbsp oil

  1. Rinse the rice and bring to a boil. Simmer, stirring occasionally so it doesn’t stick to the bottom.

  2. Heat up a pan and once it is hot add in the oil.

  3. Chop up your onions and add into the pan with the garlic paste. Cook until fragrant.

  4. Cut up the chicken and cook until golden.

  5. Pour the Sharwoods over the chicken and heat through.

  6. Serve and enjoy!!
