Easy Lasagne

A simple lasagne recipe bursting with flavour using Morrisons products.


Serves 4-6

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 45 minutes

Total time: 55 minutes

Ingredients

  • Morrison’s lasagna sheets

  • 525g 5% mince

  • 1 jar red lasagna sauce

  • 1 jar whit lasagna sauce

  • 2 medium carrots

  • 1 onion

  • 100g mushroom

  • 1 tsp garlic paste

  • 200g cheddar cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 190C (fan).

  2. Fry the chopped up onion, carrot and mushrooms in a preheated pan with oil.

  3. Add in the garlic paste and cook until fragrant.

  4. Add the mince and cook it through.

  5. Add the red sauce and heat it through.

  6. Get the dish that you would like to cook your lasagna in and start your layers with the mince, then white sauce and then the lasagna sheets.

  7. Repeat until all your sauce is used up and sprinkle the cheese on top.

  8. Finally pop it in the oven and cook for 45 minute until golden
