A classic dish with a little twist! My grandma showed me this secret ingredient which adds a lovely sweet kick to the dish.

This is such an easy recipe to follow. It is always my go to whenever I can't think of anything to do for dinner.

  • 1 tsp garlic paste

  • 1 1/2 tsp basil

  • 1 tsp salt and pepper

  • 2 tbsp sweet chilli

  • 1 tbsp oil

  1. Heat up a pan and once it is hot, add in the oil.

  2. Saute the diced onion, carrots, garlic paste and celery for a few minutes.

  3. Once fragrant add in the mince, season with salt and pepper and cook until the juices evaporate.

  4. Add in the chopped tomatoes and the stock.
