Sweet Chilli Jam Salmon

I always love cooking salmon as it is quick, easy and delicious! There are so many different flavours you can do with salmon but recently this way has been my favourite. I recently found an amazing sweet chilli jam which is made by Cottage Delight and that is what we will be using in this recipe. However no need to worry, you can use your most favourite sweet chilli sauce it doesn't have to be a jam.


Serves 2

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 18 minutes

Total time: 23 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless salmon fillets

  • 4 tbsp sweet chilli jam


You will need tin foil in order to cook the salmon. If you don't have tin foil, parchment paper will also do the trick. It keeps things less messy and smelly.

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C (fan).

  2. Remove the salmon from the packaging and place on some tin foil or parchment paper.

  3. Spoon on the sweet chilli jam on top, making sure the salmon is nicely covered.

  4. Wrap the salmon up loosely.

  5. Cook in the oven for around 18 minutes.

  6. Spoon the remanding sweet chilli over the salmon.

  7. Serve with baby potatoes, salad and enjoy!
