Vegetable Hoisin Stir Fry

Quick and easy dinner which you can make in 15 minutes!


Serves 2

Pre time: 5 minutes

Cooking time 10 minutes

Total time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 Packet of noodles (go for your favourite noodles)

  • 2 Chicken breasts

  • 1 tsp salt and pepper

  • 1 Onion

  • 1 Cup of frozen vegetables

  • 1 Packet of Blue Dragon hoisin sauce

  1. Peel your onion and slice it up.

  2. Dice your chicken.

  3. Heat up your wok up and once it is hot, add in your oil.

  4. Fry your chicken until it is golden.

  5. Add in your onion, frozen vegetables and saute until the vegetables are cooked through.

  6. Throw in your noodles and hoisin sauce.

  7. Give it a good stir and heat through.

  8. Serve and enjoy!
