Dolgona Coffee (Whipped Coffee)

I thought I may as well join the trend with everyone making whipped coffee. This recipe is extremely easy to remember and follow and I was pleasantly surprised.


Serves 3

Prep time: 5 Minutes

Cooking time: 2 minutes

Total time: 7 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp coffee

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 3 tbsp hot water

(These measurements are for a strong coffee so if you like it weak use a latte glass or reduce the amount of tablespoons for the coffee)

  1. Combine all the ingredients.

  2. Whisk until fluffy. (Using an electric whisk speeds up the process!)

  3. Add ice into your glass and then simply spoon on top of your milk.

  4. Enjoy!
