High Protein Pasta With Tuna

Quick, easy and a high protein snack to have after a workout or if you're simply feeling peckish. This recipe only take 15 minutes to make!
Serves 2
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Total time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
1 can of tinned tuna
2 tbsp mayonnaise
180g high protein fusilli pasta
100 g cucumber
Salt and pepper to your taste
Start by boiling a pan of water and season with salt.
Once the water is boiling, add in your pasta and bring down to a simmer. Cook until al dente.
Drain the tuna and put it into a bowl.
Cut up your cucumber into small pieces and then add it into the bowl that has the tuna in it.
Mix in 2 tbsp of mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper to your liking.
Once the pasta is cooked, drain and mix it in with the tuna.
Serve and enjoy!
