Oreo Cream Cheese Cookies

These cookies are so soft, chewy and fluffy. They taste like heaven!


Makes 18 cookies

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 15 minutes

Total time: 25 minutes

Ingredients

  • 180g cream cheese

  • 3/4 sugar

  • 1 cup flour

  • 113g unsalted butter

  • 10 Oreo cookies

  1. Cream together the cream cheese, butter and sugar until creamy.

  2. Add the flour and mix it all together until all the lumps are gone!

  3. Crush your Oreos and then fold them into your mixture.

  4. Leave in the fridge for 30-40 minutes so the mixture can become firm.

  5. Preheat the oven to 180C (fan).

  6. Use a table spoon to scoop out the mixture. Roll into a ball and place onto a buttered tray then use two fingers to flatten the call slightly.

  7. Then just cook for 15 minutes or until they are golden around the edges!
